Vouchers are scanned and archived with the actual voucher images for the customer to view at will.
UTOG provides an accounting assistant available at any time to answer any and all questions and resolve any problems the customer may have.
Personalized transportation reports are provided on any aspect of the service the customer wishes. Times, rides, expenses, arrivals, destinations and all other service elements can be broken down and summarized upon request.
Our Customers can receive their invoices and billing statements in any format they request. UTOG will customize our statements to meet all of the customers needs.
Bills and statements can be delivered in person, by disk, over the internet or in print.
